Brian Nolan

Brian Nolan (Director)

Brian worked as a radio news journalist in Kilkenny from January 1994 to July 1996. He subsequently worked at Canary Wharf, London with Telegraph Publishing Limited, publishers of The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph.

In March 1997, Brian took up the position of Senior Broadcast Journalist with WLR FM - the independent radio station of his native Waterford. From December 1998 to September 1999, he travelled extensively in Australia and the UK where he completed a course at the University of London's Birkbeck College.

In September 1999, Brian returned to work as a freelance reporter in Dublin and Waterford. He established his own business in early 2000 and joined Michael Bance to set up Bance Nolan Ltd in April 2001. A former director of Waterford Chamber, Brian is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII) and the National Union of Journalists (NUJ). His interests include travel, walking, reading and photography.
